Corporate Mechanical of New England (CMNE) is a leading provider of mechanical construction services in the Boston area. We specialize in the design, construction, and maintenance of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our HVAC and Plumbing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all mechanical construction activities to meet project and company objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and trade craftspeople based on mutual respect and integrity
  • Organize and manage project documentation, including procurement activities, change order requests, and subcontractor management
  • Oversee and manage project budget for all material and labor costs
  • Understand project specifications, plans, and schedule, and manage resources to complete the work within the allotted time frame
  • Manage all aspects of assigned construction project objectives, including quality of work, progress tracking, and safety monitoring
  • Actively monitor project performance and estimate cost projections
  • Manage billings to maintain positive cash flow

**Requirements**

  • 6-10 years of experience in mechanical/plumbing project management
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Timberline project financial software strongly preferred
