Job Overview

The Engineering Services Project Manager is essential in facilitating the operations of various teams within the department. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including scheduling, procurement, customer relations, invoicing, financial reporting, and overall financial management. The position also requires the preparation and presentation of project status updates, engaging with clients for necessary information, assisting with scheduling tasks, managing equipment repairs and maintenance, and supporting various departmental functions.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Service Coordinator Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage schedules for multiple departments
  • Update and communicate project progress and financial status
  • Engage with clients for scheduling and feedback
  • Analyze and review time sheet submissions
  • Process payments and manage invoicing
  • Source materials and oversee delivery logistics
  • Maintain financial records for customers
  • Supervise inventory and vehicle upkeep
  • Ensure workspace organization
  • Assist with additional departmental duties as required

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline

Experience: Minimum of five years in project management

Required Skills: Strong organizational, communication, accounting, and financial skills
