Role Overview: As a Client Engagement Specialist at FreePower, you will serve as the primary point of contact for identifying, acquiring, and assisting our growing network of industry partners, including Countertop Fabricators, Builders, Designers, and Showrooms. Your main objective will be to guide these partners through the initial stages of implementing FreePower wireless charging solutions while providing support during onboarding and addressing high-level technical inquiries. You will work closely with various teams to ensure outstanding experiences for end users. Your expertise in CRM systems (such as Hubspot), VoIP technology (like RingCentral), and Live Chat platforms (such as Intercom) will be instrumental in driving success at the top of the sales funnel, fostering long-term growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Being approachable and responsive, along with the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner, will be vital for FreePower's continued success. A foundational understanding of the residential, hospitality, and commercial design sectors is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, acquire, and support relevant industry partners, including but not limited to Countertop Fabricators, Builders, Designers, and Showrooms.
  • Facilitate communication with industry partners to establish them as FreePower Pro's.
  • Assist in managing the sales process for relevant industry partners and projects.
  • Utilize existing relationships to identify and onboard additional relevant partners, including stone countertop fabricators, builders, developers, distributors, and kitchen and bath showrooms.
  • Support experiential marketing initiatives, both owned and collaborative.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is preferred.
  • Experience with RingCentral or equivalent VoIP systems is preferred.
  • Experience with Intercom or similar Live Chat tools is preferred.
  • A pre-existing network of contacts within the identified industry partner groups is a plus.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications across various sales channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.).
  • Identify and develop essential Sales & Marketing assets, tools, and processes.
  • Oversee customer onboarding and training.
Essential Skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar Client Engagement role.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Intercom, and RingCentral.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite for documenting and sharing critical information.
  • Understanding of residential, hospitality, and commercial design processes and how to integrate FreePower wireless countertop solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills related to process development and enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
