Navi Nurses is a dedicated private duty nursing organization that provides tailored care for clients and caregivers throughout their healthcare journey. Established by nurses for nurses, Navi empowers registered nurse (RN) contractors to rediscover fulfillment in their nursing careers by delivering comprehensive care to post-surgical, aging, and end-of-life clients.
Role Summary
Navi Nurses is in search of a driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Inbound Sales Development Representative. This position serves as the initial point of contact for potential clients, guiding them and their caregivers in selecting the most suitable care plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from prospects in a professional and timely manner.
- Assess prospective client needs and provide detailed information regarding appropriate care packages through various communication channels.
- Accurately capture and document essential information. Schedule appointments for RN Navigators.
- Utilize established sales scripts and support protocols to enhance client conversion rates, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Assist the business development team in identifying potential partnership and client leads within Navi's CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass individual performance goals and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental objectives and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Exhibit adaptability by learning and adhering to new policies, procedures, and software applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inbound sales and/or customer support.
- Familiarity with various software tools, including:
- Hubspot
- Google Suite Tools
- Outlook
- ConnecTeam (preferred)
- CharmEMR (preferred)
- DialPad (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in a healthcare environment, interacting with clients/patients (preferred).
- Additional qualifications related to healthcare and/or nursing (preferred).

- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and a capacity for rapid learning.
- Possesses strong listening and problem-solving skills to address the unique needs of clients.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving responsibilities as Navi expands its services across the country.
Compensation and Benefits
- This is a 1099 contract position with potential eligibility for employment after a minimum of 6 months for high-performing candidates.
- Base pay ranges from $20-$25 per hour, with additional incentive/commission bonuses based on individual performance and client closures.
- Compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, and local market conditions.
