Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and pursue growth opportunities within our current client portfolio.
  • Oversee and direct the internal account management workflow, offering guidance and support.
  • Act as the primary liaison for cross-departmental leaders, promoting effective communication and collaboration to support our clients.
  • Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure that orders and communications meet or surpass client expectations.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Cosmetics Sector
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 Years of experience as an Account Executive or Client Engagement Specialist
  • Strong Communication Skills & Attention to Detail
  • High adaptability and resilience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
