As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will:

  • Welcome every guest warmly and engage with them to ensure a superior level of service.
  • Support team members by ensuring they have the necessary resources for success.
  • Communicate customer feedback to management effectively.
  • Maintain current marketing and wellness initiatives.
  • Facilitate weekly promotional events and programs for guests.
  • Share best practices and acknowledge the contributions of colleagues.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and provide accurate descriptions to customers.
  • Assist customers in their decision-making process through effective communication and selling techniques.
  • Ensure that all food displays are visually appealing and meet established standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
