Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively seek new business opportunities on a daily basis, maintaining a positive and energetic approach.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to craft compelling outbound sales messages tailored to attract potential advertising clients.
  3. Utilize various tools, including Google Sheets and Mailchimp, to identify and engage with ideal customers.
  4. Apply your knowledge of advertising services to present attractive opportunities for long-term investments.
  5. Employ upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize business development potential.
  6. Provide weekly updates on sales performance, including wins, challenges, and future objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with inbound sales overflow and manage client accounts as needed.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and manage a personal portfolio.

Qualifications:

  1. No vaccination requirement.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or market development.
  3. Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and strategies for business growth.
