Sales Business Development Specialist

ImageStoreHouse, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team.
We offer an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to generate new business and manage existing client relationships.
About the RoleThis sales position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business sales from cold calling and other lead generation activities through to closure.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills to clients at all levels, as well as strong relationship-building and pipeline management skills.
Responsibilities- Sell ImageStoreHouse document management products and services
- Pro-actively identify, qualify, and develop profitable new business accounts through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calling
- Follow up qualified leads for appointments, developing leads from events, and managing new client site visits
- Record and update leads and existing client contacts utilizing the ACT CRM tool, and produce regular sales reports
- Establish and manage pipeline
- Produce and present customized presentations for new business opportunities
- Closing sales, gathering all detailed information, and developing a sales plan for the account
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with project and operations management to ensure sales are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction and appropriate profit margin
- Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through constant contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share
