Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at KPMG, you will play a key role in driving account operations strategy and communication. You will work closely with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements. Your responsibilities will include project managing the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes. Additionally, you will oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
Responsibilities:- Drive account operations strategy and communication
- Work with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements
- Project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes
- Oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business-related areas such as Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management, and Business Operations
- Minimum two years of recent experience with people management
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred
