Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Liaison to join our team. As a Patient Access Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for access to our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and Direct Calls: Respond to incoming and outgoing telephone calls, electronic messages, and other web-based communications using a call management system.
  • Screen and Refer Inquiries: Respond to basic inquiries and refer other inquiries to appropriate medical personnel.
  • Message Distribution: Contact and distribute messages to medical personnel using various electronic methods, including text, voice, and email systems.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm initial and follow-up medical appointments, register patients, and verify insurance coverage to advise patients of any estimated financial responsibility.
  • Data Entry and Integrity: Perform data entry, ensure data integrity, and reconcile as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, business, or operations field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a CALL CENTER, customer service, and healthcare department/environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using a call management system.
Work Environment

Candidates must be open to working 7am-7pm staggered shifts, possible weekends, and must be able to work overtime. Parking is paid by the candidate.
