RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Professional in the Powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Sell powersports products by understanding and demonstrating their features, capabilities, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive customer experience, including parts and accessories, financing, insurance, and service plans.
  • Enter customer information and interactions into our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, and sales trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Minimum 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Knowledge of powersports products and industry trends.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
