Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Rotating Equipment product line.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding our market share.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the Rotating Equipment industry, leveraging this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience in the industrial equipment industry, with a strong focus on Rotating Equipment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
