About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our sales team and contribute to the company's mission to provide exceptional mortgage solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Team Development: Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Loan Origination: Ensure the origination of quality loans that meet the company's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Generate personal production and develop strategies to grow and maintain relationships with realtors, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Assume a leadership role among Mortgage Loan Origination staff, providing coaching, motivation, and support to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to present and potential customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports to track sales production and effectiveness of marketing programs, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of federal, state, and local government policies and guidelines, as well as current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Operations and Secondary Marketing departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales, with a background in operations a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Windows software and able to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
Compensation

USD $35,568.00/Yr. - USD $500,000.00/Yr.
