- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and performance evaluations.
- Associate Degree in Business or related field; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Ten years of sales experience can be considered if the employee does not have an Associate Degree.
- Five years of sales experience is required.
- 80% Travel (including local travel) and 20% Office time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work after working hours or weekends as required.
- Thorough and detailed understanding of sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
