At BayCare Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Response Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities and Security team, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to all Facilities and Security related information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact: Respond to all Facilities and Security related calls, emails, and faxes in a calm and professional manner.
- Emergency Response: Initiate the appropriate response to emergency situations, including Code Red and Panic alarms.
- Work Order Management: Create and dispatch work orders and other assignments via radio communication to Security and/or Facilities teams.
- Alarm System Monitoring: Monitor various alarm systems, including Security cameras, badge tap alarms, and BAS alarms.
- Documentation: Document and log all telephone calls and alarms.
Requirements
- Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent GED.
- Credentials: Valid Driver's License.
- Experience: Healthcare experience, preferably in a call center, dispatch, or maintenance role.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position with a regular schedule of Wednesday to Saturday, 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM. Weekend work is required, but on-call duties are not.
