Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Response Center Representative to join our team at BayCare Health System. As a key member of our facilities and security team, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to various types of information and requests related to facilities and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to telephone, fax, and email requests related to facilities and security
  • Initiate the appropriate response to caller needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Create and dispatch work orders and assignments via radio communication to security and/or facilities teams
  • Monitor various alarm systems, make overhead announcements as needed, and document and log all telephone calls and alarms
  • Monitor security cameras, badge tap alarms, BAS alarms, and handle Code Red and Panic alarms for the hospitals
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
  • Valid Driver's License - State of Florida
  • Experience in healthcare, call center, dispatch, or maintenance
Work Environment

This is a full-time, exempt position with a regular schedule of Wednesday to Saturday, 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM. The team member will work every weekend and will not be required to work remotely.
