Job Title:

Customer Service Representative

ReqRoute Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize knowledge of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies to answer customer questions and resolve issues.

• Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, and meeting productivity targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call notes and issue resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment with strong customer service skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.

• Typing 35 wpm, with the ability to document call experience and maintain accurate records.

• High school diploma or GED, with a strong understanding of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies.
