Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team at CAI. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter provider enrollment information into our database.
- Communication: Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until tasks are complete.
- Filing and Document Management: Perform filing, document storage preparation, and other administrative duties to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Special Projects: Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects as needed.
- Medical Malpractice Filings: Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify information is complete and accurate, and enter information into our database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt.
- Document Review: Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted and determine whether they should be scanned, filed, or routed to other staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Basic Computer Skills: Have basic knowledge of computer procedures and be familiar with Microsoft Office products.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability: Be available to work Monday-Friday and attend meetings as needed.
