Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role requires candidates to work on-site.
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (onsite only)
Key Responsibilities:
As an Operations Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing customer/client inquiries and communications.
2. Processing client disbursements and handling customer correspondence.
3. Facilitating account transfers and managing wired funds.
4. Issuing and receiving checks.
This position requires a strong background in customer service and data entry, with a focus on accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a friendly telephone demeanor.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in financial operations or processing (banking, mortgage, brokerage) is advantageous. The hiring manager will extend offers based on the candidate's resume.
Training:
2 weeks of training provided. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds as Bank Tellers, Customer Service Representatives, or in Finance.
