Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance in internal marketing and communications, shaping strategies that resonate with our employees and residents.
  • Deliver strategic account management and proactive client service across various organizational sectors, including Human Resources and Operations.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a collaborative and engaging team environment.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure communications are engaging and innovative, regularly introducing fresh ideas and strategies.
  • Work alongside creative and production teams to enhance the overall quality of our communications and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a large organization.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a corporate marketing setting is preferred.
  • Strong skills in strategic brief writing and content editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with both Macintosh and PC platforms.
