Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in internal marketing and communications to shape strategic initiatives aimed at our employees and residents.
  • Provide consultative support and strategic management across various organizational sectors, including Human Resources and Operations.
  • Oversee and mentor direct reports, promoting a culture of skill development and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging communications that resonate with our audience.
  • Work alongside creative and production teams to enhance the overall quality of our marketing and communications efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a large organization.
  • Experience in project management within a corporate marketing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in strategic writing and content editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with both Macintosh and PC platforms.
