The Role

We are seeking a Lead Programmatic Advertising Strategist to join our dynamic team, focusing on our programmatic advertising initiatives. This role involves overseeing a dedicated team of advertising specialists who execute programmatic campaigns for our esteemed clients across multiple digital channels. As programmatic advertising continues to evolve, this position offers the chance to collaborate with industry-leading brands and leverage advanced advertising technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary leader for an internal programmatic team and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Guide strategic planning and recommendations for a diverse portfolio of programmatic clients.
  • Facilitate training and ongoing development for a team of advertising specialists.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities to enhance client success through strategic media initiatives.
  • Continuously refine and improve operational processes to boost efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, providing relevant insights to clients and the broader team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
Who You Are:
  • You bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with familiarity across various DSPs and digital platforms.
  • Your analytical skills are robust, with advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS).
  • You excel in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Your project management skills are exceptional, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships and present ideas effectively.
  • You are an innovative thinker, capable of using data to inform and influence strategic decisions.
  • Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to tackle complex challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
