Limon's Road Service is seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, processing transactions, and performing administrative duties.
Job DescriptionThis role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial data, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Perform administrative duties, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or accounting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Familiarity with business software and systems.
