Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities encompass all Workcell diagnostics and troubleshooting from both ICT and FVT perspectives.

  • Enhance production yields by identifying and mitigating operator errors while addressing manufacturing and testing engineering defects through collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, product evaluations, and testing as necessary.
  • Ensure the completeness and reliability of product testing.
  • Support the Project Test Engineer in reviewing testing processes.
  • Set up equipment for required programming and verification tests, adhering to established procedures for the specified operations.
  • Maintain quality standards (ensuring work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship Standards) and improve efficiency through the utilization of the SPC system when applicable.
  • Operate automated electronic testing equipment on manufactured circuit board assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Ensure a continuous flow on the manufacturing line and meet production targets while executing assigned testing duties.
  • Ensure proper handling and marking of assemblies.
  • Accurately maintain daily logs and move/production tickets.
  • Follow straightforward, standardized, and routine written instructions for assigned testing operations.
  • Adhere to all procedures outlined in the company security policy.

A degree in an associated field, Technical School Certification, or equivalent experience of 5 to 10 years, or a comparable combination of work experience and education is required.

Possess knowledge and understanding of all test engineering department procedures relevant to the individual's role.
