Job Overview: IT Operations Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality IT services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT operations, improving support processes, and driving team performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver IT services, including help desk support, infrastructure management, and project management
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT service management

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on service delivery and team management
  • Proven track record of improving IT service delivery and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL
  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, including service desk software and project management tools
