Job Summary

Executive Director of Operations

The Executive Director of Operations, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, oversees the day-to-day operations of a Company account. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong team leadership, client relations, and a commitment to delivering superior food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all profit and loss (P&L) and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations of the account, including overseeing scheduling, payroll, and team training.
  • Conduct human resources functions, including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments.
  • Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary arts preferred.
  • Five years of foodservice operation experience, including high-volume production and catering experience.
  • Previous experience managing a budget and overseeing team operations.
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
