Job Overview

Star Collection Headspa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Operations Director to lead our team of spa therapists and staff in delivering exceptional services and experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists and staff to deliver exceptional services and experiences, and provide regular training sessions to enhance service quality and promote professional development.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and standards to drive business growth, and work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and attract new clients.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs efficiently, and work to maximize profitability.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-end spa or wellness center.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and industry trends, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational costs efficiently, and work to maximize profitability.
  • Certification: Certification in spa management or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
