Job Title: Finance Coordinator - OTC Location: Remote

Overview:

The Finance Coordinator plays a pivotal role within the Order to Cash (OTC) team, focusing on essential functions such as billing, collections, order processing, cash applications, and credit management. This position requires a proactive approach to monitor accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners and clients, including Customer Service and Commercial teams, to meet expectations.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve issues with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Respond promptly to emerging issues, summarizing facts and providing recommendations for timely resolutions.
  • Manage collections and resolve outstanding invoices efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, adhering to defined processes in all work responsibilities.
  • Familiarize with banking processes, conducting research and reconciliation of statements and accounts.
  • Oversee automated systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Meet work targets and schedules consistently.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing changes to standard operating procedures.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with exceptional follow-through.
  • Ability to manage oneself and a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in interfacing at all organizational levels, instilling confidence and trust.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Effective prioritization of tasks to meet deliverables and timelines.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in banking, invoicing, and credit card processes.
  • Understanding of Credit Management and Collections.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various levels within the organization.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in addressing customer needs.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility in the work schedule expected.

Education Requirements:
  • An Associate degree is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
