About the PositionWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager for Solar to join our team at Buffalo Solar. As a leader in the solar industry, we are dedicated to helping businesses transition to solar energy and are seeking an experienced professional to drive our sales efforts forward.

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong network of business contacts, and the ability to understand and communicate technical information related to solar energy and electrical systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to promote solar energy solutions to commercial clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Conducting site assessments and working with technical teams to design tailored solar solutions.
  • Presenting and explaining complex solar and electrical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Providing clients with detailed proposals, including financial analysis and incentive options.
  • Collaborating with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
