The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Solar Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong network of business contacts, and the ability to understand and communicate technical information related to solar energy and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging your book of business contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote solar energy solutions to commercial clients.
  • Conduct site assessments and work with technical teams to design tailored solar solutions.
  • Present and explain complex solar and electrical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals, including financial analysis and incentive options.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
RequirementsQualifications include:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or electrical industry.
  • A robust network of business contacts and the ability to leverage these relationships.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand solar energy systems and electrical concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
