At Buffalo Solar, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Solar Energy Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions to commercial clients in the New York area.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or electrical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of business contacts and the ability to understand and communicate technical information related to solar energy and electrical systems.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging your book of business contacts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote solar energy solutions to commercial clients.
  • Conduct site assessments and work with technical teams to design tailored solar solutions.
  • Present and explain complex solar and electrical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Provide clients with detailed proposals, including financial analysis and incentive options.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, incentives, and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
