Primary Responsibilities:
  • Management of Back Office Operations:

    • Ensure adherence to federal acquisition regulations and cost accounting principles.
  • Leadership and Continuous Improvement:

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, project management, financial management, or a related field is required (master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years managing back-office operations within the federal contracting sector, with comprehensive knowledge of federal acquisition regulations.
  • Process and Systems Expertise: Proven experience in integrating processes and systems, with practical knowledge of recruiting, ERP (e.g., Deltek), HRIS (e.g., iSolved), and cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to HR, contracts, facility security, IT, and proposal processes.
  • Cost Accounting Acumen: Familiarity with cost accounting principles, including indirect cost allocation and cost allowability.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
