Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive, Sourcing is a key role within TAG, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing print procurement processes. This position requires a strong understanding of the print industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Procure print services from suppliers, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the print industry, including litho print processes and cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the central procurement team to select suppliers and manage benchmark information
  • Process orders efficiently and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Manage budgets and achieve targets, with a focus on project management and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, with a focus on building trust and loyalty
  • Provide technical input and advice on print projects, including economic formats and cost-effective solutions
  • Train and support colleagues in the use of procurement tools and best practices
  • Adhere to defined ordering, authorization, and billing processes
  • Work within TAG's operating budget and produce end-of-month reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment
  • Experience in managing budgets and achieving targets
  • Excellent client-facing and customer service skills
  • Commercially strong and numerate
  • Committed, resilient, and able to work extra hours as required
  • Experience of working in an environment with constantly changing priorities
  • May require people management experience
  • Team worker with a positive outlook and ability to inspire and motivate peers
  • Focus on project management, timely delivery, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with MS Office
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
