Role Overview:
Canon U.S.A., Inc. is looking for a Production Print Solutions Advisor to enhance our dealer network in the western region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dealers to promote Canon's Production Printing technologies, including hardware, software, and professional services.
- Engage with product specialists and consult with end users in commercial printing environments and corporate print facilities.
- Drive sales initiatives for Production Print technologies through Canon's Authorized Dealers channel.
- Provide expert consulting on commercial print operations, production workflows, color management, and business service development.
- Support internal sales and marketing teams with training, product launches, and demonstrations at conferences and trade shows.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product planning and future development efforts.
- Manage a sales pipeline and maintain relationships within the dealer channel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred, or equivalent experience required, along with a minimum of 5 years in a related role.
- Proven experience in selling production print hardware, software, and services is essential, with strong technical knowledge in imaging, offset printing, digital printing, RIPs, and color workflow management.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time is expected for this role.
- This position is remote, requiring a home office setup near a major metropolitan area.
- Compliance with company safety guidelines and policies is mandatory due to the driving requirements for business purposes.
