We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team at The Fedcap Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our print/mail facility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the print/mail facility, providing directions and follow-up work assignments to mail clerks as needed.
- Process contract mailings to printer equipment via computerized databases, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Transmit daily reports to customers, maintaining open communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a backup to the supervisor in all functions, providing support and ensuring continuity of operations.
- Print and fulfill customer print requests using digital printing equipment, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
- Utilize knowledge of Adobe, graphics software, and Fiery to optimize print production and quality.
- Operate and maintain printing finishing equipment, such as cutters, coil binding, and wire, to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in a print/mail facility or related industry.
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in database management and report generation.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, with the physical ability to work in a fast-paced print/mail environment.
- Ability to assess and provide production improvements, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
- Competitive hourly rate of $23.00 per hour.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; digital printing experience preferred.
- Driver's license preferred, with ability to relocate to New York, NY.
