  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage in telemarketing campaigns to boost sales.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
  • Respond promptly to orders, quotes, and inquiries.
  • Monitor and update the status of open orders.
  • Efficiently handle product returns.
Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong communication and account management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday on site in Nashville, TN. (this is not a remote position)

Compensation:

Hourly rate: $19-$22

Experience:

B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
