- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals successfully.
- Respond promptly to orders, quotes, and inquiries.
- Monitor and update the status of open orders.
- Efficiently handle product returns.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and account management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Knowledge of the lighting industry is a plus but not required.
Monday – Friday on site in Nashville, TN. (this is not a remote position)
Compensation:Hourly rate: $19-$22
Experience:B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Phone sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
