PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Sales and Service Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers to drive sales growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and solutions
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
