Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Safety Programs Inc. in Nashville. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationships: Provide ongoing support and address any concerns or inquiries from clients.
* Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success and growth of the sales team.
* Sales Performance: Make 150-200 calls per day and utilize our proprietary CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in a fast-paced environment, is advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
* Motivation: A self-starter with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets consistently.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
* Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.
