Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

Company Overview: Interstate AC Service LLC is a leading provider of commercial HVAC and Plumbing sales, service, projects, and maintenance.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings with potential new customers
  • Quote new construction HVAC projects
  • Manage personal relationships with key account contacts to create long-term partnerships
  • Schedule maintenance, service, and installation jobs with the dispatch and technician team
  • Create sales and contact reports for sales meetings
  • Meet and exceed goals established by the sales manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education
  • College education preferred
  • 2+ years of account manager business-to-business sales experience
  • HVAC sales a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, responsible, coachable, and team-oriented

Work Environment: This is a full-time position working on-site at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
