Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hyundai of Auburn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our customers and expanding our company's customer base.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Utilize CRM tracking system to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience required; automotive BDC experience preferred
  • Available to work flexible hours and some Saturdays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
