Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hyundai of Auburn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our customers and expanding our company's customer base.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Utilize CRM tracking system to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team
- Prior customer service experience required; automotive BDC experience preferred
- Available to work flexible hours and some Saturdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
