Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). As a key member of the Fabrication Quality Business Operations team, you will be responsible for guiding and facilitating the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel
- Coordinate and clarify analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope
- Present plans to executive leadership to gain approval
- Provide implementation direction for work authorization
- Facilitate the establishment of an overall management system architecture
- Develop and maintain visibility system in support of the architecture
- Utilize management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan
- Ensure follow-up action for issue resolution
- Represent executive management to internal and external business interests
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations
- 5+ years of experience developing relationships and negotiating commitments with other functional organizations
- 3+ years of experience developing program implementation/integration plans and schedules
Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
