Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales management, marketing, and customer service, to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
