Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commissions and bonuses.

The BDC team plays a crucial role in broadening our customer base while nurturing relationships with existing clients. This position serves as a bridge between our marketing, sales, and service departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to closing and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer calls and schedule follow-up appointments
  • Promptly respond to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat
  • Engage with customers based on current marketing initiatives to drive dealership traffic
  • Follow up with leads who are not ready to schedule appointments or have missed them
  • Provide initial information to customers and direct them to relevant dealership resources
  • Utilize a CRM system for daily tracking and management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service is required; automotive BDC experience is preferred
  • Availability for flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
