Business Development Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hyundai of Auburn. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and developing strong relationships with our current customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide customers with information and resources to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals and online research.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Account Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
