Job Description Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at K Trans Worldwide Logistics LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals within their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Territory Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers within your assigned territory, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Create and execute tailored sales plans to meet the unique needs of each customer, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system, providing valuable insights for future business development.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Skill Set: Excellent negotiation, customer service, and written/verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to persist in achieving goals.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and performance. A competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
