The Role

We seek a diligent Sales Coordinator to support our National Sales Director in tracking sales data, managing promotional materials inventory, attending meetings and trade shows, and collaborating with Account Managers to drive throughput volume of Soltas consumables.

The successful candidate will also work closely with the Capital Equipment Specialist on lead generation while supporting the company's goals and objectives, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

  1. Organize and implement at least 3 customer in-office events per quarter.
  2. Assist in planning meetings and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, and coordinating schedules.
  3. Maintain open communication with the NSD regarding all matters related to warranties and accurate forecasting.
  4. Collaborate with the NSD to develop, update, and manage marketing strategies, plans, and objectives.
  5. Anticipate and recommend reprints for critical collateral based on historical usage.
  6. Complete special projects in sales and marketing as requested and implement changes where necessary.
  7. Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, and relaying customer service requests.
  8. Communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels of employees.
  9. Maintain filing systems and basic databases.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in administrative, sales/marketing coordinator, or project management roles.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, proactivity, and organizational skills.
  • A strong work ethic representing Bausch Health's high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds for short periods and stand/walk for extended periods.
