This role is particularly suitable for college students or those requiring specific work hours, as it provides flexibility in scheduling, including Saturday shifts. This position serves as an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone interested in the automotive industry without the need to engage in mechanical work or sales.

We are seeking candidates with experience in a business development center or any customer-facing position. We are looking to fill roles for both Cashiers and BDC Agents. This position allows you to work within a supportive team environment while gaining insights into the service operations of a car dealership. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will act as a vital link between our customers and the service advisors, occasionally performing cashier duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for our customers, both in-person and via phone.
  • Process financial transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and checks.
  • Maintain and organize vehicle records with precision.

  • Availability to work assigned shifts, including some Saturdays.
