We are seeking candidates with experience in a business development center or any customer-facing position. We are looking to fill roles for both Cashiers and BDC Agents. This position allows you to work within a supportive team environment while gaining insights into the service operations of a car dealership. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will act as a vital link between our customers and the service advisors, occasionally performing cashier duties and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for our customers, both in-person and via phone.
  • Process financial transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and checks.
  • Maintain and organize vehicle records with precision.
  • Engage in team and process improvement discussions.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a role emphasizing strong customer service skills.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts, including some Saturdays.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Courteous and prompt in interactions.
  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanor.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
