Role Overview

The Lexipol Media Group is in search of a Client Success Specialist to oversee digital advertising initiatives, working alongside a diverse range of media sponsors focused on the public safety sector. This post-sales role is integral to supporting revenue by ensuring that advertiser campaigns are optimized, performing effectively, and consistently delivering business value through upsells and renewals.

The Client Success Specialist is an experienced role that demands creativity, polished communication, consulting expertise, and a high tolerance for change. The Specialist collaborates with clients, including leading brands and small to medium-sized businesses, to identify business needs and challenges, set expectations, and guide necessary actions to achieve marketing program goals. Responsibilities include managing the execution of client online marketing campaigns, liaising with client marketing teams, coordinating ad placements, and conducting monthly account reviews.

An ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, capable of balancing multiple client projects, and adept at consulting with clients to solve problems. The Specialist must be comfortable analyzing data to demonstrate ROI for clients and possess influential communication skills to motivate clients to take timely action.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding and Campaign Management (40%)

  • Oversee initial client onboarding post-sale, ensuring a hands-on approach to campaign setup.
  • Establish and clarify client KPIs and objectives.
  • Manage multiple client projects concurrently.
  • Utilize organizational tools to track deliverables and timelines.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Campaign Analysis and Recommendations (40%)

  • Evaluate media campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct client training to enhance the use of campaign features and reporting tools.
  • Schedule and facilitate performance reviews, aligning with established service levels.

Account Health and Upsell Opportunities (20%)

  • Monitor account health and identify opportunities to enhance client ROI.
  • Deliver responsive product and technical consulting.
  • Develop and secure upsell and renewal initiatives based on established relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or customer success within a media agency.
  • 1-2 years managing digital advertising accounts, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Experience with contextual and behavioral targeting in advertising.
  • Proficient in presenting performance reports and providing optimization insights.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Adaptable to new technologies and process improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of digital advertising pricing models and benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of public safety and local government sectors.
