- Possession of a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and policies.
- Proficiency in using agency management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to pursue CIC or CISR designation.
