Position Overview
As a Faith-Based Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating significant partnerships with clients and collaborators, overseeing the creation of proposals, and developing influential content for diverse initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture business relationships with clients, partner design firms, and consultants within the Community Sector.
- Oversee the preparation, production, and delivery of proposals in alignment with the Faith-Based Practice.
- Collaborate closely with the Faith-Based Practice Leader and team to strategize new project development and proposal methodologies.
- Lead and support marketing initiatives, presentations, and the creation of media content.

Qualifications
- Experience in faith-based environments managing teams or in similar roles.
- Background in business development, proposal preparation, and coordination within the A&E industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, research, and analysis.
- Exceptional communication abilities with proven experience in writing, presenting, editing, and graphic design, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and independently oversee projects from inception to completion while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam and Photoshop is preferred.
